We are currently looking for a Marketing Associate

Responsibilities:
• Research and make initial contact with new online affiliates and media opportunities
• Manage the admin of the online affiliate network internationally
• Manage the admin of the creation of media and materials with agencies
• Supply materials to media outlets to hit deadlines
• Co-ordinate press release dissemination with various media outlets
• Help to manage the SEO and PPC search campaigns
• Prepare weekly and monthly reporting – SEO, PPC, Online, Offline Reporting
• Perform minor updates to the company websites
• Research new suppliers to provide services to the marketing of the organization
• Manage the fulfillment of the jewelry upgrade program
• Create and manage the company blog internationally
• Secure customers reviews for use on Google and Social Media Publications
• Conduct periodic competitor analysis
• Develop the company Facebook strategy to drive referrals and likes
• Carry out general admin tasks
• Send bulk emails to customers

Job Qualifications:
• At least 2 to 3 years marketing experience either on the client side or agency side
• Demonstrated ability to multi task over a range of marketing projects at the same time
• Knowledge of new media and online marketing
• Experience of writing press releases an advantage
• Knowledge of project management an advantage
• Ability to write copy for advertising and internet pages
• Basic negotiation skills necessary
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree
